Larry Brown

Worship Leader

Larry grew up in the towns of Sidney and Fairview, Montana. He attended the Sidney Lutheran Brethren Church where he was eventually married to his wife, Lynn in 1986. As a child, Larry watched in fascination when his Dad & Uncle played their guitars at home and in church. When he was 12, Larry started playing an old 6 string guitar under his Dad's guidance . As Lynn can attest, he is still fascinated by all things guitar related. In college, Larry became involved in InterVarsity where he joined a travelling gospel quartet. That experiece became the first major step to realizing that God was leading him into the ministry of music. Larry & Lynn moved to Colorado Springs in 2000 and started attending LIving Hope Covenant Church in 2006. After joining the LHCC Worship Team, Larry quickly realized that they not only have a passion for helping to lead God's people into worship, but also for upholding each other in prayer. He has been excited to be a part of this ministry and to see God's plan unfold at LHCC.

At Living Hope Covenant Church you will find that the music is chosen to reflect the theme of each Sunday's message. There is a mix of traditional hymns with contemorary and modern praise & worship music. The Worship Team consists of volunteers that have a passion for helping to lead God's people into worship.
